The Origin of the Name
Kyune [kahy-oon]: A recreational area located 12 miles north of Helper in central Utah. This region is also known for its gray sandstone. Kyune sandstone was used to construct the Salt Lake City and County Building.

Tyson has a strong background in home design and engineering. He began working in the home design industry in 1999 and quickley accelerated to head designer. He graduated from Utah Valley University in 2003 with an Associate’s Degree in Engineering Graphics and Design. In 2004 he won the Gold Medal in Architectural Drafting at the National SkillsUSA competition. In 2007 he graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. He continually strives to gain a greater understanding of the current trends and needs of the home industry.
Tyson lives in Heber City with his beautiful wife and their 4 children. He loves nature and everything to do with the outdoors.
